Before building Mobile Training Tools for Totara, we partnered with training colleges and universities to research and develop offline native mobile tools for Moodle Learners and Teachers.
We have been developing native mobile apps for a decade, and have been involved in eLearning for two decades in the days before SCORM authoring tools when we handcrafted compliance SCORM objects in 2001.
